These terms govern your use of kclsaudi.com and the event, volunteering and membership services provided through it by the KCL Saudi Society (the "Society", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
A registration is not transferable unless we agree otherwise. Places may be limited and are not guaranteed until your registration is confirmed. We may reasonably change, postpone or cancel an event. If an event has its own stated conditions, those conditions also apply.
Submitting an application does not automatically grant membership. Applications and payment evidence may be reviewed before approval. We may ask for further information where reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility or payment.
Any fee, payment method and refund condition shown for a particular event or membership applies to that purchase. If no specific refund condition is shown, contact us promptly at hello@kclsaudi.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You must behave respectfully at Society activities and follow reasonable safety, venue and organiser instructions. We may refuse or end participation where conduct is unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or seriously disruptive.
Society website content is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate but do not promise that it is always complete or current. Third-party websites and payment services have their own terms and are outside our control.
We may suspend or change the site when needed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
